Mr. Ramirez presents: The NEW Del Mar Oso Creek Campus currently under construction in Corpus Christi, Texas. Del Mar College’s new Oso Creek Campus sits on 96 acres at Yorktown Boulevard and Rodd Field Road on the southside of Corpus Christi. The project marks the first time in over 60 years that the College has built a new campus. Work on the new campus began in 2019 after Del Mar College District voters passed a $139 million bond referendum in 2016 for the capital improvement project. Three years after breaking ground, the project is nearing the finish line. Join our Project Management Institute Coastal Bend Chapter in welcoming Mr. Ramirez on June 21 for insights and information on the Del Mar oso Creek Campus.
