Dr. Tresia D. Eaves is the Director of Enterprise Applications at Texas A&M University–Kingsville, with over 30 years of experience in technology consulting and IT leadership. She is also an author, instructor, public speaker, adjunct professor, and U.S. Air Force veteran.
She holds a PhD and professional certifications including PMP®, CSM, LSSGB, and SAFe, bringing a strong combination of academic excellence and practical expertise to her work.
