The webinar will cover strategies for creating a safe culture of proactive risk identification and management, rather than simply reacting to issues as they arise. If you are a project team leader or a project manager, you will acquire the required skills to effectively share these ideas and establish a team that excels in identifying and managing potential risks in your organization.

Course Objectives

·        Understand the distinction between project issues and risks.

·        Recognize why people and organizations may be unable to recognize risks.

·        Discover why there is often a reluctance to problem declaration.

·        Explore approaches towards risk management in teams.

·        Learn the importance of building an environment of trust with your teams.

·        Discover various risk tolerances and the tools that are used to track.

·        Gain proficiency in daily/weekly risk management techniques.

·        Strengthen abilities in teaching risk concepts to others, including those you lead.
