Gordon Robinson on Fleet Forward 2022 Long Range System Plan using PM Framework
Mr. Robinson will be presenting on Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority’s (CCRTA) recently completed “Fleet Forward 2022 Long Range System Plan using PM Framework” in January 2023. The comprehensive plan will guide CCRTA’s service and capital improvements over the next 5 years. He will be highlighting innovative transit service improvements to increase ridership, share public and stakeholder outreach activities, and key project management tactics which led to completing the multi-year plan under budget and within schedule.

Gordon Robinson has worked in the public transportation industry for 21 years. For nearly 10 years, he has worked as the Director of Planning at the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority. Currently, Gordon served as Project Manager for the recently completed Long Range System Plan and Deputy Project Manager for the Zero Emissions Bus(ZEB) Transition Plan. In addition to managing projects, he implements a variety of service improvements to increase ridership, coordinates transfer station and bus stop improvements, manages third party service contracts, leads the National Transit Database reporting efforts, supports customer information technologies, and conducts ridership forecasting and performance analysis. Gordon serves as the Chairman of the City of Corpus Christi Board of Adjustment, Vice Chairman of the Corpus Christi MPO Technical Advisory Committee, and Emergency Operations Center liaison with the City of Corpus Christi.
