Iwona is a master facilitator, trainer, strategist, and author, with a mission to transform workplaces into spaces where people feel empowered, work together well, can achieve success especially in times of uncertainty or conflict.

She spent over 15 years working in the energy industry for international clients implementing quality management systems, knowledge management, and for the last 10 years facilitating, coaching, and training project teams, stakeholders’ groups, partner organizations, and nonprofits. She has worked in Poland, UK, Australia and currently in the USA.

The last 10 years, she worked for the largest Australian energy producer facilitating workshops with dozens of stakeholders and helping them with business, projects and team planning. Her expertise is in strategy planning and opportunity framing which is a unique approach to solve complex problems.

Since October 2020, Iwona and her family moved to Texas where Iwona started her consultancy serving the energy industry as well as small and medium size organizations looking to grow and make a bigger impact.
