Speaker Bio: 

Ms. Lenser has provided strategic and tactical project oversight for various public and non-profit organizations, including several healthcare-focused entrepreneurial and startup companies, North Highland Consulting and Ernst & Young, LLP, Corner Bakery Café, Affiliated Computer Services, and Rockwell International Space Transportation Systems. Her focus areas include strategy, program and project management, organizational change management, business analysis, application development, project implementation and facilitation.

She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematical Sciences from Texas A&M University and completed her Executive MBA at Southern Methodist University, graduating summa cum laude. She holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) and as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. She is also certified to teach several of Prosci’s training courses.

Ms. Lenser lives in Plano, Texas and is active in her local community as a member of the Dallas Symphony Chorus and served as a finance and administration advisor for the Delta Delta Delta sorority at the University of Texas at Dallas from 2007 through 2014. She is also a former Chair of the Texas A&M University College of Science External Advisory and Development Council, serving as a member since 2007. In 2021, she served a Co-Chair for The Texas A&M University System United Way Campaign.
