Smartsheet is a comprehensive online tool that can help you manage your projects and collaborate with your workforce, clients, and other stakeholders.  The online project management tool has a spreadsheet type interface along with a comprehensive set of options for managing projects.  Smartsheet allows for assigning tasks, coordinating with clients, viewing project progress, sending out instructions to subordinates, etc. In other words, you can plan, execute, and analyze projects right from one single tool.

But that is just the beginning!  Smartsheet has the limitless possibilities for addressing various business needs.  You can build forms with workflows for Project Intake that will route information and subsequent forms for further clarification.  The Reports, Summaries and Dashboards are easily built and allow for data evaluation and information communication.  It is so nice to have all this functionality in one tool, especially one that allows for collaboration with other tools.  The Learning Center provides excellent tutorials, and the template sets support an accelerated learning curve to address most business needs from Budgeting to Volunteer coordination.

At Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi; Smartsheet is used to manage organizational division goals, implement project rollouts, and collect COVID related metrics just to name a few examples.  We have also created an IT PMO that utilizes Smartsheet features to support coordination between collaborators.
