There is a reality that many companies face as they grow - a shortage of documentation and standardized processes coupled with a heavy reliance on a limited number of highly skilled, very knowledgeable resources to deliver projects. This presentation discusses the importance of developing and documenting a standardized approach to project management that will reduce the risks of relying on a limited pool of highly skilled, very knowledgeable employees and enhance the effectiveness of new employees.
You will learn to:
- Recognize the characteristics of a "hero culture"
- Understand the pros and cons of a "hero culture"
- Understand the steps an organization can follow to move beyond a "hero culture"
This presentation is 1 PDU for Strategic.
