Rene Ramirez has over 30 years of experience in the Petrochemical Industry with 22 years working in a refinery. Rene has a background in project management, engineering design, construction, maintenance & turnarounds. Rene has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&I, an MBA from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, and a master’s degree in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio.
Rene is a licensed Professional Engineer, a Project Management Professional and a Certified Internal Auditor. Rene also works part time as an Adjunct Instructor for Del Mar College facilitating workshops in Project Management & Organizational Leadership. Rene currently works as a Senior Auditor (Major Projects) for BP.
