June 18, 2019 Membership Meeting Modular Construction by Ryan Whitley
Ryan leads State Service on strategic and operational activities, focusing on establishing industry
alliances and developing new markets. Currently working as the Director of Business Development, he
has been instrumental in expanding State Service’s market share in both the inland marine construction
industry and pipeline integrity management services.
Mr. Whitley is an active member of Leadership Corpus Christi and the Project Management Institute
Coastal Bend Chapter. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas State Universtiry.
