Linda Cruz Flores has been an active member of the Project Management Institute since 2017 and a local PMI Coastal Bend member since September 2019. She is the Project Manager for the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.  Linda brings knowledge of program management, project management and organizational leadership. This is part of her signature offering; a strong attention to continuous improvement, identifying organizational structure and needs; and playing a significant role in directing the completion of specific projects to meet organizational goals.

Linda hopes to deliver a communications plan that will help achieve the PMI Coastal Bend vision while acting as an ambassador for the chapter and maintaining a positive brand.  She will oversee the maintenance of the chapter website including methods to deliver messages, ease of navigation and clarity of information; ensuring that all content is current and relative.
