The PMI Coastal Bend Chapter February 7, 2023 meeting will be virtual and this will be the 1st of 2 chapter events for the month. Our meeting guest speaker will be Iwona Wilson presenting on "The Stage Gated Process for Profitable Projects". Beginning February 2023 the PMI CBC Chapter will be meeting on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month. Stay tuned for upcoming events via LinkedIn or simply visit our site. The first event in February is on the 7th from 11:30-12:30 pm. The Stage Gated Process for Profitable Projects. Our world is constantly changing at a pace that has never been seen before. There is a rapid shift in the focus of organizations, resulting in more complex projects involving a diverse range of stakeholders. The PMI Coastal Bend Chapter February 2023 meeting will be virtual. Our meeting guest speaker will be Mounir A. Ajam presenting on "The Four Dimensions of Project Success". Join our February 2023 monthly PMI CBC Chapter meeting by registering and showing up on February 21 from 11:30-12:30 pm. The Four Dimensions of Project Success Project Success remains a topic of high interest, although we do not clearly understand this vital topic. We often talk about success and failure without context, and on this topic, context is a must. For example, where we consider success, are we considering the project owner’s or the service provider’s (contractor’s) perspective? Are we zooming in on technical success, project management success, or objectives success? Many years ago, we developed the Four Dimensions of Project Success to offer a clear context and comprehensive viewpoint on any product delivery project, regardless of the industry or domain. The Four Dimensions is the model that we are incorporating into the Uruk Platform.
